Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts for the delivery of goods under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LAV – Owner: Lea Antonia Varga, Asperger Straße 44, 71634 Ludwigsburg, Germany, email: lea@sentio.earth) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not citizens of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of contract conclusion is outside the European Union.
