1. Delivery

1.1 Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL.
1.2 We currently deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France and Italy while working on other countries to be added as soon as harmoniously possible,

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
2.2 If you choose local pickup, we will notify you by email once your item is ready. You may then collect your item at our atelier or another agreed-upon location in coordination with us. In this case, no shipping costs apply.
2.3 For international shipments, a flat rate of €9.95 per order applies.
2.4 For cross-border shipments, additional taxes and/or duties (e.g. customs fees) may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.

Delivery Time

Standing for high-end stationary, we deeply honor the nuanced work of experienced craftmanship. Each journal - being the only of its kind - is only being refined once an order has been placed. Depending on the condition of it, the refinement process might take between 2-4 weeks. While we understand that the common "over-night-delivery" might be a comfortable path, we intend to bring back refinement, which does take a little more time than the predominant current commerce. 

It is with this that we whole-heartedly invite you to experience this time as a conscious practice of anticipation for your precious treasure to arrive in its own timing.
